Who we are

Data handled by Flexify

Flexify lets you create workout records, plans, settings, and optional backups. This information is stored only on your device. Flexify does not send it to a server controlled by us.

Flexify does not create user accounts and does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal or sensitive user data to us or to third parties. It does not include advertising, analytics, or remote crash reporting.

Device permissions and files

Flexify may request notification, alarm, battery, and foreground-service permissions to run rest timers and reminders. These permissions are used only on your device. When you import audio or data files, or export or share a backup, Flexify accesses only the files you choose. An export or share leaves your device only when you explicitly choose a destination or sharing app.

Retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove workout records in Flexify's Data management settings, or delete all app data by clearing Flexify's storage or uninstalling the app. We cannot retrieve or delete data because we do not receive or store it.

Flexify can open links to services such as GitHub, the app store, and a donation page when you select them. Those services have their own privacy policies; this policy does not govern their handling of information.
